BSR built share repair Erfurt

Since 2020, we have been supporting the “built share repair” (BSR) project in the north of Erfurt. BSR is a participatory wood and bicycle workshop set up by Erfurt citizens. During opening hours, anyone can drop by at Magdeburger Allee 58 and use the workshop’s tools and materials. There is always an experienced person on site who can help with the implementation of projects or bicycle repairs. The people in the workshop try to obtain their materials from sustainable sources as far as possible. Repairing and recycling instead of throwing away and buying new is their motto. In doing so, the founders of BSR come up with creative ideas that they are happy to share with newcomers to their workshop.
